Financial support
Funding in the ERASMUS+ program is based on the following country groups.
Co-financing:
If the company's monthly co-financing (salary and other benefits) is between €1,300 and €1,500 net, the internship is financially supported for a period of 60 days. The remaining period is referred to as a “zero grant” (without financial support).
If the co-financing exceeds €1,500 net, the internship will not be funded in the current STREAM 2025 and STREAM 2026 project.
Participants not living in the country of internship and commuting abroad to their internship location receive financial support for 60 days (exeption: unpaid internships). The remaining period will be taken as a “zero grant” (without financial support).
The following funding rates have been set for the STREAM 2025 and STREAM 2026 project:
Group 1
Programme countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the associated overseas countries and territories of Europe
Partner countries:
(Region 13) Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatikan
(Region 14) United Kingdom, Switzerland, Faroe Islands and associated overseas countries and territories
Amount of the scholarship (monthly): 750 €
Group 2
Programme countries:
Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the associated overseas countries and territories of Europe
Amount of the scholarship (monthly): 690 €
Group 3
Programme countries:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Hungary
Amount of the scholarship (monthly): 690 €
Travel support
For all mobilities, travel costs are calculated on the basis of real distances to the destination of the mobility additionally. The distances are calculated using a calculation tool. The following amounts are reimbursed per stay:

| > 8000 km | 1.735 € + 2 travel days | 1.735 € + 6 travel days |
Please note:
The number of travel days eligible for funding mentioned above has been calculated on the basis of an assessment of the distance and average journey times (for Green Travel: by train/bus).
If other means of transport are used, the requirement will be assessed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Should the journey require more travel days, please contact us to have your travel plans and documentation assessed individually.
Supporting evidence must be retained for a period of 5 years.
