Financial support
Funding in the ERASMUS+ program is based on the following country groups.
Co-financing:
If the company's monthly co-financing (salary and other benefits) is between €1,300 and €1,500 net, the internship is financially supported for a period of 60 days. The remaining period is referred to as a “zero grant” (without financial support).
If the co-financing exceeds €1,500 net, the internship will not be funded in the current STREAM 2024 project.
Commuting participants:
Participants who live in Germany and commute during their internship receive financial support for up to 90 days. The remaining period is referred to as a so-called "zero grant" (without financial support).
For the projects STREAM 2024 the following funding rates have been set:
Group 1
Programme countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the associated overseas countries and territories of Europe
Partner countries:
(Region 13) Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatikan
(Region 14) United Kingdom, Switzerland, Faroe Islands and associated overseas countries and territories
Amount of the scholarship (monthly): 750 €
Group 2
Programme countries:
Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the associated overseas countries and territories of Europe
Amount of the scholarship (monthly): 690 €
Group 3
Programme countries:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Hungary
Amount of the scholarship (monthly): 690 €
further partner countries:
worldwide (limited funds)
Amount of the scholarship (monthly): 700 €
Depending on the limited funds available, the financially supported period may be shorter than the total duration of the mobility (zero grant).
For mobilities to partner countries, travel costs are calculated on the basis of real distances between the origin and destination of the mobility additionally. The distances are calculated using a calculation tool. The following amounts are reimbursed per stay:
