Lithuania

"Land of contrasts" - this is how one could describe Lithuania's nature. In addition to dense pine forests, huge shifting sand dunes cover the land on the Curonian Spit and offer plenty of space for creatures of all kinds. In fact, Lithuania was even declared the geographical centre of Europe in 1989 by scientists from the French Geography Institute. A trip to the country with the second highest dune in Europe offers everyone unique views of the country and its people.
