Beautiful and interesting at the same time. Hardly any other country offers so much variety in such a small area. Although Slovenia only has an area of about 20,000 square kilometres, there is a lot to discover here.

Slovenia's neighbours Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia have a significant influence on the country. The narrow Adriatic coast with its idyllic beaches is characterised by Italian influence. Mountain landscapes invite you to go hiking and skiing, and interesting cities such as Ljubljana and Maribor invite you to go sightseeing. The economically well-developed country is home to beautiful landscapes, residential-friendly cities and universities with a family atmosphere that enjoy a good reputation.
